Graded chase cards and premium sealed. This tier applies to items sent from within the UK.

£500 – £1,999.99

12.5%

High-grade vintage, sought-after slabs and sealed booster boxes.

Best rate

£2,000 and above

10%

Grails and centrepiece cards. Our lowest rate, on our biggest sales.

Rates are the total commission charged, including VAT where applicable, calculated on the final item sale price excluding delivery. Full terms are set out in the Consignment Agreement we send you before anything is shipped to us.

The process

From your binder
to your bank account

Five steps. No guesswork, no chasing us for updates.

01

Tell us what you have

Send us a list and a few photos using the form below. We'll come back to you with an honest view of what your items are likely to achieve and whether consignment is the right route for them.

02

Agree your floor price

Every item gets a minimum sale price that you approve. We will never sell below it without your written say-so. You stay in control of the number.

03

Sign and send it in

We issue the Consignment Agreement with your items listed on Schedule A. Ship using a tracked and insured service. Risk stays with you until we confirm receipt. Everything is checked in against the schedule and countersigned on arrival.

04

We do the selling

Professional photography, a proper listing on thecollectorslab.co.uk, and promotion to our audience on Instagram and across our channels. The initial consignment period is 90 days, and you'll hear from us if we think the price needs a look.

05

Get paid

Once it sells, the buyer’s payment clears and the item is safely delivered, we pay you by UK bank transfer within 14 business days. One clear statement showing the sale price, the commission and your total.

What we take

Bring us the good stuff

Pokémon, football, One Piece, Dragon Ball and more, from consignors anywhere in the world. If you're not sure whether something qualifies, just ask. We'd rather look than have you guess.

Graded slabs

PSA, BGS, CGC, ACE and other recognised graders. High-grade vintage and modern chase cards move fastest.

Sealed product

Booster boxes, ETBs, tins and vintage sealed. Unopened, undamaged and with original shrink intact.

Raw singles

Alt arts, secret rares, numbered parallels and autographs. We're generally looking at Near Mint and above.

Full collections

Clearing out a long-held collection? We'll work through it with you and consign the pieces worth listing individually.

Straight answers

Before you send anything

How long do you keep my items?

The initial consignment period is 90 days from the date we confirm receipt. If something hasn't sold by then, we'll talk it through with you and either extend the period, revise the minimum price, or send it back. Nothing happens without your agreement.

Can I get my items back early?

You agree to leave items with us for the 90-day period unless we agree otherwise, and once we've accepted a buyer's order that sale is binding. Outside of that, talk to us. We're reasonable. Return shipping for unsold items is the consignor's responsibility unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Who pays for shipping?

You cover sending items to us, and we ask that you use a tracked service and insure anything valuable. Risk stays with you until we confirm receipt. We don't cover customs duties, import VAT or handling charges, and if we have to pay any, we deduct them from your payout. When an item sells, the buyer pays the outbound shipping.

Are my items insured while you have them?

We take reasonable care of everything in our possession and we're responsible for loss or damage caused by our negligence. We do not currently hold specialist insurance for consigned property, so we strongly recommend you insure valuable items before shipping and keep that cover in place. If that's a concern for a particular piece, talk to us before sending it.

What if a buyer returns something?

We don't offer discretionary returns. Buyer returns happen only where the law requires it, or where we've agreed to one. If an item comes back in materially the same condition, it goes straight back onto consignment unless you'd rather we returned it to you. You're not paid until the money has cleared, the item has been delivered and there are no open returns, chargebacks or fraud checks.

What do you need from me on authenticity?

You confirm that everything you send is authentic, legally owned by you and free to sell. We check items on arrival, but the guarantee sits with you. If something turns out to be counterfeit, stolen or materially misdescribed, you agree to cover our direct losses on that item. It's the standard that protects every collector who buys from us.

Is there a minimum value?

Yes. We consign items from £250 upwards if you're sending from within the UK, and from £500 upwards if you're sending from overseas. Anything below those thresholds we'll only take on by prior written agreement. Ask us and we'll tell you honestly whether it's worth it.

Can I consign from outside the UK?

Yes. We take consignments worldwide. Two things differ: items sent from overseas start at £500 rather than £250, and our 15% tier applies to UK-sent items only, so an overseas item priced between £500 and £1,999.99 sits at 12.5%. You cover getting the items to us, and we don't cover customs duties, import VAT or handling charges. If we have to pay any, we deduct them from your payout. Talk to us before shipping internationally so we can walk you through it.

How will I be paid if I'm overseas?

Payment is made by bank transfer. Get in touch before you send anything so we can confirm what we can do for your country and currency, and who covers any transfer fees. We'd rather sort that out at the start than at payout.

Where do the items get sold?

On our website and across our channels, including Instagram. Every consigned item is photographed in-house and listed properly with grade, certification number and condition stated up front.
